GSTC Accreditation Manual v2.5 Informative Session Recording

At the end of April 2021, the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) announced the publication of its revised GSTC Accreditation Manual version 2.5.

The transition period to the GSTC Accreditation Manual v2.5 runs for 1-year starting from the effective date (May 15th 2021).

The Manual covers both the requirements of and accreditation processes. For Certification Bodies seeking or holding GSTC accreditation, it covers the certification processes they must implement and the requirements and process for their accreditation.

Main Changes to the GSTC Accreditation Manual

Recognize the importance of having comprehensive insights about the changes on the new version (v2.5) of the GSTC Accreditation Manual, GSTC and ASI held together a 90-minutes informative session in mid-June to explain the amendments to the GSTC Accreditation Manual v2.5, which has become effective on May 15th, 2021.

The presenters were Claudia Bustinza, GSTC Assurance Manager, and Evi Mateboer, ASI GSTC Program Manager.
